Welcome to MediaIncor Language Academy. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

By accessing or using the MediaIncor Language Academy website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means you are simply browsing the Site) or a "Student" (which means you have registered for our services). The term "you" refers to both Visitors and Students.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
MediaIncor Language Academy provides English language instruction and related educational services. Our services include but are not limited to:
Course offerings, schedules, and content are subject to change at our discretion.
To enroll in our courses, you may need to register and create a student account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
By enrolling in any of our paid courses or services, you agree to pay all fees associated with such courses or services. Fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy outlined below.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment or before the third class session, whichever comes first. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days. A processing fee of 10% of the course fee may apply to all refunds.
No refunds will be issued after the refund period has expired or if the student has attended more than two class sessions, whichever occurs first.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate actively. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during all academic activities. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MediaIncor Language Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Course materials provided to students are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or course materials, except as follows:
You may have the opportunity to submit content to the Site, such as comments, reviews, or forum posts ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MediaIncor Language Academy a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such User Content on the Site and in our marketing materials.

In no event will MediaIncor Language Academy, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, any websites linked to it, any content on the Site or such other websites, or any services obtained through the Site or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MediaIncor Language Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or services.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of British Columbia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
